Delivery & Returns
All our clothes are in stock now and are posted today or tomorrow morning, by recorded delivery. We use minimal recyclable packaging to send your clothes.
For addresses within the UK mainland, we aim to deliver your clothes to you within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your order. Please contact us urgently if more than 7 days have passed and we will track the item for you.
If you need something sent urgently, or have any other questions, please email anytime, evenings and weekends included, for assistance. We will be happy to help immediately. If you want to include a message for a birthday present, please let us know in the comments box when ordering.
As your clothes are dispatched using royal mail recorded delivery, the package will need to be signed for. Please state in the comments box if you would like your parcel left somewhere safe.
Shipping is charged at £2.50 for the first item with an additional 50p for each extra item. However, we offer free shipping on orders over £25. Please ensure you select the free delivery option when checking out if applicable.
For the rest of the world, we aim to deliver your clothes to you within 5 working days but please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your order. We regularly send clothes all over the world, and occasionally it does take longer but please contact us if there is undue delay.

Most parcels are dispatched using International Signed For Delivery so the package will need to be signed for. Due to the postage cost, some small orders are sent using standard international mail.
Shipping is charged at £4.90 for the first item with an additional 90p for each extra item.
Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods despatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes charged on them in your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Any import duty, taxes or additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect, or your clothes are lost or stolen if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We prefer that all packages are signed for.
Anything lost in transit is insured and you will be refunded in full.
We take our utmost care to ensure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
You may cancel your order, or any part of it, for any reason before delivery or within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us urgently by email using our contact page if you wish to return any item.
Items must be returned using royal mail recorded delivery. We do not accept liability for returned goods not sent by recorded delivery.
The item must be unused, other than is reasonably necessary to examine the item, in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its original packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
Import duties, taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are not refunded for shipments outside the UK.
